After our first meeting I knew it was going to go well. You put us at ease with your very pleasant personality and your explanations of things we were unsure about, in a way that made perfect sense. You were very responsive to our needs and thoughts, at every stage. We've had our setbacks, caused by unforeseen circumstances but every time you kept our spirits high and adjusted the treatment accordingly, to enable our daughter to get back on track. I can't speak highly enough of you Sarah. Keep up the professionalism, the dedication and the excellent people skills.
